Prices and Payments

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.


We only deliver within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 10 working days.

Delivery Costs

Deliver to the UK is Free on orders over £100.

Delivery cost for orders under this amount is £5.

All items will be sent via Royal Mails Special Delivery and will require a signature on delivery, or collection from your local Royal Mail Office if you are not available at the time of delivery.


All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

For items shown not in stock please contact us via our enquiry form and we will endeavor to order them in for you, these items are subject to availability and dependant on their source may have a long delivery time – we will notify you of all information before an order is placed with us.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund (except delivery) within 14 days. All items must be in original packaging with seals intact, returned items must not be worn, all returns must include a Receipt. After-Sales Services and Guarantees.

Ring Sizing

In the case of a ring not being the right size a new ring would be ordered from the manufacturer in the correct size, this can take up to 6 weeks and sometimes an additional charge may be made.

Watch Bracelet Alteration

When a watch is purchased from ourselves we will alter the size of the bracelet (if applicable) by removing the necessary number of links to fit the wrist at no extra charge.  If the bracelet is too small and extra links need to be ordered an additional charge may be made.

Watch Repairs Under Guarantee

All new watches come with a sales guarantee, this period of guarantee varies between brands.  If you experience any mechanical fault with the watch during the guarantee period we will return the watch to the manufacturer for correction at no charge to yourself.  The guarantee does not cover accidental damage or external damage, for example, to the bracelet.

Jewellery Repairs Under Guarantee

If you experience any fault with your jewellery purchase within 12 months please return the item to us for correction.  The item will either be repaired in our on site jewellery workshop or returned to the manufacturer.  The guarantee does not cover accidental damage.
