Salloways offer a comprehensive after sales service to their customers. Watch bracelets can be altered on site and new batteries fitted.  If your watch requires servicing we can send it back to the manufacturer on your behalf so long as it is a brand that we stock.  We also stock a wide range of watch straps.

When purchasing a new watch or item of jewellery from us we can carry out an insurance valuation for you so you can keep your records up to date.  Items which haven’t been purchased from ourselves can be sent away for an independent insurance valuation with the Birmingham Assay Office.

We also offer both an engraving and pearl threading service.

Jewellery repairs and alterations can be carried out on site by our Master Craftsman Colin, who is also able to remodel old items of jewellery or create completely new bespoke pieces.  Items of jewellery can also be cleaned and polished to bring them back to their best.
